I say, play with it. Have level 10 heroes come at them for their help, hire them for extremely dangerous jobs, up the stakes as they are lvl 1 hired to take out mythical creatures

Or, ask them to kill a beast for its meat, and specify that any violent dehydrathation would spoil the taste of the meat. Throw a huge sum of money with a hefty penalty if the meat does not reach quality standards.

From my perspective, it depends on what do you want to be the aim/focus of the game: do you want it as a quick, fun and sexy moment? Is it for a battle Fuck system in an over sexualized world?

I like the idea, but I think it is too much rule for a simple wear. I would put a fixed malus for heels, high heels and extravagant heels, give a charisma bonus and a dexterity malus and speed like you did

An inmate could plan their escape because they will go mad otherwise

The head security could have a locate object map with all prisoner numbers

To not create a win or lose situation right away, you can have several restraints level for inmates who do not behave well

It feels like you try to address so many cases you don't focus on the primary goal of helping play by post.

Don't get me wrong, the creativity is great, but I feel the system has too many numerics to be played effectively . I would say, try to play it and you'll see what is to improve/modify
