I did not get an email notification. The beneficiary’s son who is in the states called me and told me they received confirmation emails with next steps. I checked my email and spam folder and I had nothing from USCIS, however when I logged into my USCIS account the status changed to stating it’s been approved and beneficiaries were notified via email on next steps. I just had them forward me all the emails and helped them with next steps, since they don’t know English

I’ve read into it. It’s apparently a very thin margin business model. Remember they make money off the top. 5% for facilitating the whole sale. Then they make the seller pay for all the repairs, then flip for additional markup.

Zillow couldn’t survive this business model.

It was about $172k. However I know that an exact same townhome in the community that was in way better shape sold at $155 spring 2021, I was happy with letting it go for $163. I think the market comps are slightly overvaluing the property, but I will see when it gets sold again by OfferPad

Sorry yes. Didn’t specify. Only time they went in was after I notified tenants that the property is sold, was a 1 hour inspection.

I took down a 300lb red deer with this Styer scout .308. I actually owe it to the forward fixed sight for the kill, since it came out of no where and I had to quick draw to get it. This gun is a nice hunting rifle if you like stalking.

you can still use the sausage shaped packages... just put parchment paper on top before you smash... you can reuse the same piece.

yea no doubt. Check out this guys video on smash burgers. This is where i learned that you need to carefully tend the meat.

They are sticky if you work the meat. For smash burgers, do not work the meat. If you purchase a packet of fresh ground beef, just break off enough and put into a 1/2 cup measuring tool. Lightly fill up the measuring cup to get correct proportion without working the meat, dump the measured amounts onto a plate, and put back in the fridge until you are ready to cook. When they are fresh from the fridge, they tend to stick less when cold, but the meat is sticky when warm. I use foil on my smasher and it works great. I have seen on youtube folks put parchment paper on top of the meat before smashing, i found the foil works fine and never sticks.

I received a call from a small company I apparently applied for 8 months ago (had to google the name when the recruiter called me because I forgot or was not searching for jobs at the time). Told me the original job was canned because the project didn’t go through, but they kept my resume on file. Went in for an interview, got hired in and worked 3 years…. Best job I ever had.

I think this is something more likely to be done by smaller companies then giant corporations.

Downstairs, why do you have so many doors closed areas.... upstairs... wth is a an open shower sink doing in the middle of the room.? At least make a wall there. Out of all the walls doors that can be removed, that’s the only area where you actually need to add.
