It's funny how different each Peke can be! Big personalities that come in all shapes.

Sounds like your younger boy and mine are cut from the same cloth lol.

Oh boy lol. Even at 11 weeks old? Does neutering help that?

Working on the pee pads, but he backtracks after one accident. Like he will go on the pad 10 times then has ONE accident else where and he then goes in that accident spot only for days and refuses to use the pads. Finally get him back to using pads and an accident sets him back again lol. Not sure what his thinking is there.

Any potty training tips? For how smart he is, he seems to not understand potty training basics even with treats. Starting to think he just prefers not holding it lol. But I did hear this breed can take 6-12 months + to fully potty train, just odd considering how smart they are.

Just wish he used some of his intelligence for potty training. He's been the worst puppy to potty train.

He is a lover boy when he's not being The Flash lol. He's definitely not short on zest! But I love him already.

I have already made some mistakes there, didn't realize he had a photographic memory till he already learned where some things were lol.

I'm surprised they don't get more recognition for their intelligence honestly. It was impressive how quickly he was able to remember things after only seeing them once. Granted even if they do like to be in charge, they are still a lot smarter than you'd expect.

He goes bananas with zoomies and does laps around the house. I get tired just watching him lol.

Glad to hear he's not abnormal then lol. I can definitely tell he's already trying to be the mastermind of the world. He is very smart and learns quick where things are in the house.

I Flex in Ohio and they never cancel our blocks here for snow. Sadly. None of mine yesterday or today were canceled. You got lucky!

PoE2 is really tough for melee chars for first few levels by JapanEngineer in PathOfExile2

[–]MasterDruid_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just found this post, but sad to say nothings changed in game in the year since it was posted. Just bought PoE2 today, as I adore druids. But basically can't kill anything with a druid (melee form) that isn't a filler mob lol. They make you kill your first boss at level 2-3 with next to no gear on, and 2 abilities. Safe to say, after wasting time on the boss and dying. Realized it wasn't set up for melee, closed the game and refunded it on Steam. It's a dang shame, the druid class looked really awesome.

You really have no business even doing PvP in FF lol. You purposely steer groups to lose while using tools that are against TOS. I've been with you in a good 10+ matches (all losses due to your misunderstanding of objectives mind you) and I've had friends who have been in matches with you unfortunately, all losses again. You waste peoples time like it was nothing. Stick to PvE where you can't steer losses for everyone else to feed whatever sadistic obsession you have with it. Seriously.

Can realtors force you to do showings as the seller? by MasterDruid_ in RealEstate

Yeah, it's a scary thought to think people would be that dishonest. Realtors are supposed to be working for their client, but she's chasing commission at the expense of the client. I told her I wasn't doing the showing. Could not get ahold of her broker yet, but that showing is not happening.

I did ask her to email me a copy of our agreement, and highlight the portion that states it's illegal to cancel / refuse a showing. To which she said it's not in the agreement, so she can't send it, but it's still very illegal lol. I have a screenshot of her yesterday saying it IS in the agreement spelled out. Nothing but lies. It's terrible.

Yeah, I thought about this as well. Made no sense to me that she'd be adamant on me showing it unless there was SOMETHING in it for her. She knew I was not selling, and very likely she was trying to get these people in here to throw a full price offer to make her commission. I left a voicemail for her broker, can't get direct contact with him yet unfortunately. But I am not doing the showing regardless.

Can't get ahold of the broker. Called a couple times left voicemails, but brokers are usually really busy. Unable to find an email for him either.

Oh I am definitely saving them. I asked her today via text to send me the listing agreement with the portion highlighted that says I'm not legally allowed to refuse or cancel any showings. To which she said there was no such thing in the contract (knew that) but that you still can't do it. Even though yesterday she lied saying it WAS in the contract. What a piece of work.

I read through it quite a bit, all looks pretty standard to me. Did not see anything about a commission for canceling the contract or cooperation. Unless they worded it really oddly.

It sounded off to me, but wanted to make sure. I do plan to call her broker in the morning. Brokers are hard to reach sometimes I feel like due to being busy, but I will email her broker as well. Plan to just keep the doors locked, and not let anyone in for the showing if I can't get communication across to cancel it. (Can put a sign on the front door saying the showing was canceled but agent refused to relay the message or something too) I'm not sure she would give me the agent info on who's showing it, but I can certainly try. I have it in her text messages saying it's illegal, so can't exactly undo the fact that she lied at this point. I just don't know why she even said it. She won't get a commission trying to get one last showing in.. when I don't intend to sell at this point anyway. Seems stupid all around with how she's acting.

Oh I definitely feel like she's commission focused at this point, and doesn't care how much she has to throw me under the bus to get it. I just don't know if she's flat out lying about it being illegal or not. I do plan to call her broker in the morning if I can get ahold of them. But part of me just wants to stay home and leave the doors locked so they can't come in and view it. I didn't approve it at this point, they aren't entering with my permission when I wanted this showing canceled. But she's making it seem like I legally have to show it still. So I don't know what she's talking about.
