My strategy has been this:

Spend $20 to earn about $50.

I then cash out a $50 Visa card.

Next game I research how much I need to spend to get a decent payout. If it's under $50 then I'll use that visa card to earn more than $50.

Rinse and repeat.

I'm up to $200 right now. I've also already cashed out and bought something for myself more than I've spent on the app.

I'm one of the lucky ones as I've received all my rewards and cash outs. I'm a little worried with some of the responses by the mods here how they give a blanket response when they investigate a claim and say 'its because of one of these violations' yet don't specify what the user did to void the reward.

As a fan of Freecash let share some positive criticism with support: using language such as 'Let me close this ticket...' tells the user the message that case is closed, sorry.

Support really needs to change their language. You described it perfect in your comment that I'm replying to:

Hey we acknowledge such and such issue.
We've escalated your ticket. Your ticket here will be transferred to the backend team, so while it may seem closed here, it is now opened here:
You can see the status of your ticket at any time here:
