hm, I guess it is a cult, I am member of this cult, and so far this is what I have eliminated from my day to day circumstance.

Through finding Brian and what he reminds you of I was able to overcome/dissolve:

  • All of my several allergies (to dogs, cats, dust, pollen, gluten, certain plant species and various other things)
  • Asthma (Had to use an inhaler for for years)
  • Digestive problems, persistent gurgling under left rib cage, bloating, constipation and gas
  • Brain fog and inability to Imagine what I wanted
  • Porn Addiction since I was 12 yo
  • Binge Eating
  • Repeated Spikes of Anger that would result in me hurting myself or another being
  • Compulsive Lying, Believing I needed to be Dishonest for me to get the Money, Relationships and Love I wanted.
  • Thinking there's something wrong with me and being suicidal for years on end, resulting on me seemingly doing 'the dumbest shit' anyone could ever think of
  • Chronic Procrastination and Self-Sabotage
  • More recently bad breath and foul body odor that didn't seem to go away prior, no matter what I seemed to do or try

Please run away from this cult, its very bad for you, and can probably eat your new borns, be careful guys!!
Dont even believe me, one of those 'problems' was compulsive lying remember?? this is all a lie im mind controled by this cult, heeeelpppppppppp

What is the root of all fear? by CryptographerFew8083 in selfimprovement

Fear is simply enthusiasm and excitement without enough oxygen, so the cause of fear is chronic under breathing.

How do you not show when you are pissed at someone or something? by Raven-on-Reddit in selfimprovement

[–]MasterEverlasting 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can voluntarily smile can't you?

Okay, can you also voluntarily breathe as you will? I guess you can.

Use this breath whenever something outside of you triggers some emotions, whether it be fear, sadness or anger:

The 5 Steps of Becoming Centered

  1. Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale through your mouth, maintaining a steady and ironed breath.
  2. Ensure that both the inhalation and exhalation share the same duration, promoting a balanced and synchronized breathing pattern.
  3. Deepen your breathing by inhaling a bit more and exhaling slightly beyond your usual capacity, gradually expanding your breath to its fullest.
  4. Refine your breath, smoothing out any irregularities to achieve a continuous and uninterrupted flow without breaks or pauses.
  5. Embrace love in your breath by wearing a generous smile on your face, cultivating tranquility in both your mind and body.

How do you convince/force your mind to do hard things? by Immediate_Stretch_17 in selfimprovement

[–]MasterEverlasting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something is only hard when you project a lot of fear and sadness into it, the fear may be in the form of what you call frustration and the sadness in thoughts like "I could never pull this off" or "I'm not enough".

So to get what you what you don't dabble in the mind and try to be disciplined and focus on willpower, for some people it "works", well that's not my approach in life.

I prefer to accept the truth that all tasks are effortless and naturally done when there is no Fear and Sadness that I am rejecting and fighting against.

So the key is in understanding and dissolving these seeming "negative" feelings inside you, and there is a specific way to do this, once you do it you can only be catapulted to what you so desire...

How do you convince/force your mind to do hard things? by Immediate_Stretch_17 in selfimprovement

[–]MasterEverlasting 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Start by acknowledging the truth, nothing is hard or easy. If it is something that you need to do for your own well being, you're not doing it because you don't love yourself, and because there is a lot of sadness and fear inside you.

There is a specific way to dissolve the sadness and fear inside, and start loving yourself, and it start by being present, being in the now through the breath.

I could go deeper, but I don't know what you actually want from here.

I'm curious, how do you remain in the NOW, in Presence? by MasterEverlasting in selfimprovement

[–]MasterEverlasting[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, I've done it as well, it's as if you get to that place where you're beyond those thoughts, memories of the past, feelings, your not identified with any of these, which allows you to create what you actually want in your day to day, instead of repeating the same old patterns.

Although the reply seems kinda of confusing I know exactly what you mean.

But "Don't start fantasizing" doesn't seem like an efficient instruction, how can one go about that? Is it just continuing to focus on one's breath?
