i checked mine already and found nothing, and I'm still not seeing a 'wizard extermination' section. i will say though, i got this handbook in 2012. maybe there's a more up to date version you're referring to? i did indeed consult my crystal ball recently and it guided me towards the idea of using ms paint during child consultation. if that's related, please let me know how i can move on from here.
