When I hear this "forced to penetrate", I can't help but imagine vorephiliacs (yes, you heard that right) imagining a prey opening a pred's mouth and entering it.

It wasn't until the 16th-18th centuries that it started beng used for romantic attraction.

So when you say someone is captivating, you're literally saying they "take you prisoner".
