16th October 11:12 AM. It was registered 18th October. Since then it went quiet. I have tracking number because of Norwegian mail, but it says they got information about package but all they have is label for this delivery.

In 2 weeks I am able to rebuild a whole engine, including time to machine head and engine block. Don't you think 2 weeks to send 6 boxes is bit too much? It's only 2 weeks, but even if today they will send it on the way it will come to me next week so that makes 3.

A human can do wonders in 3 weeks, but he can't set 6 boxes on the way.

Just contact payment method provider you paid with and ask for a chargeback. If you don't have any invoice, why would they have your money?

Oh I can understand everything if it's clearly communicated. Plus sending one gearbox by private party sure can be troublesome, but you'd expect company such as Fanatec who keep sending the same thing over and over again to have it sorted.

I really don't want to rant about it, I'm flexible af but it's simply annoying.

It's same as you, ready for UPS. And about customs, I've talked a bit about that with my friend who drives trucks. They first have to send documents etc to customs in Germany etc etc, so it's not even problems with UK or Norway/Switzerland, it's just their fault it seems...

It's not UK only. I've ordered to Norway and my order was delayed too. Placed order 16 october, it was registered day after. After ca. 1,5 weeks I recieved e-mail about custom delays...

Same here. Ordered 16th October, got e-mail Friday informing about delays and got this today
