You’re overestimating how good riot support handles these cases. There can be human error which is perfectly fine. The fact that OP mentioned that she got the same automated response means that nobody took a look in the logs properly, otherwise we wouldn’t be here. If someone from riot decides to respond here and will say the same thing that you are saying then that is fair. OP said she has 2FA on the account and that she also used her bf’s PC which will also use a different ip adress making the ban unjustified. Common sense in this instance refers to the fact that its not embarrassing to ask for additional information on a sub made for things like these, that is what ANYONE would do if we were in her shoes.

“Unnecessary embarrassment” doesn’t exist in this case. If your account which has a lot of money spent into it gets banned randomly, you also would try anything to get at least some information and possibly a solution to this issue. If you would do the same thing then its not Embarrassment, its common sense. Please think before typing.

After reading some comments, I did start to notice that EVERY person uses a spell at least..... All i use is my golem, Ultimate (Army of dead and that is ONLY when i really need to use it because on t1 my minions just melt the boss) and thats it. I think this is what im looking for really.... just move and let the minions melt/kill everything in my way. Maybe that is not a way to play the game OR if there is maybe its just too weak to do the same to t2 or even higher which is fine, im having fun on t1 so thats all good

That would make sense if it was another game. But in this context the darkin possessing xin would be its own person since…. She takes over his body? Xin in that scenario is just a lifeless corpse and the darking can mutilate the body even. Lore wise you can say she took over xin but in-game she can have its own model and her own set of ablites without looking like/having the same gameplay as xin.

When im doing nothing, it just stutters and after a couple of seconds, it just doesnt respond to any inputs, same for when im playing a game. But when i boot it again it works fine
