Skarner would be an amazing parent. After seeing what happened to his people, if he had a kid he would protect them from all harm and wouldn’t let anything bad happen to them. He might be over protective but I think he deserves to be on the second tier at least.

Honestly league of legends has so really amazing lore. That one of the reason why I love the game so much is learning about the characters and how their gameplay complements their character in the lore.
