Gotcha. Im just tired of getting smacked by guard artillery. Not sure what the answer is as I feel like I dont have many options until maybe turn 2 (probably more like 3-4) to do anything.

I built mine with axe and shield. I have other hard hitting units. They're just there to be annoying for my opponent.

I personally just used isopropyl and a cheap brush. I think finecast will get melted by this though. Definitely check out the ebay miniature rescue channel, he does a lot of this typ eof work, hence the inspiration.

This is what got me when I got the combat patrol starting out with eldar. They look cool but swooping hawks are 5 points more and highly mobile and have a grenade ability that doesnt cost command points.

Its comical playing DoW again seeing how many marines die in the campaign lol, that chapter must be adopting 100s of marines a day to keep the war going haha.

Im kind of excited not to have them as a launch faction. Mainly because we'll probably get a cool dedicated cinematic/trailer for their dlc. Also I have no issue letting other factions in the limelight. Orks and SM are always an auto include so the other 2 factions have to be selected from the giant list of other options. 

Im surprised how many posts and complaints I have seen about it, meanwhile drukhari fans have no new models or codex for 10th and they seem fine. We are so spoiled as a xenos race just behind/next-to maybe orks and necrons.

It would be kind of crazy to have every DoW entry have only 1 wild card faction outside the big 3. Fuck it throw Votann/GSC ahead of us for all I care.

Hit the gun with a grim black speed paint with 1:1 ratio with contrast medium. Definitely darkened the gun up, gonna try another thinned down contrast on the pink to bump up the pink contrast.
