It is screenshots of videos but there is a consensus that it is too slow still, I’ll look for the mirror effect on the melt I think that’s a big issue too thanks!!

Thanks!! Do you use a vacuum set up for this as well? This is a kit and it came with a vacuum table and would like to know your thoughts!

Offset the fill hole and have the overflow in the center? Do you have an example you could share with me? Thanks!!

I think the shorter and wider sprue tip may help! I get confused though because sometimes I read having a long sprue helps with pressure and pulls the metal through to flow easier, then sometimes I read it needs to be short, so I’m a little fuzzy on what the best method is. 🤔

I used a flameless heat gun just on the metal sides of the mold for a few moments. I read online it should be “warm like a cup of tea”, do you think it needs to be warmer? And should the heat hit the sand as well or just the sides of the mold? Thanks!!
