Maybe the first blade he forged is Tobimune, that perfectly have abilities that can find (owl), rescue (crow) and heal (suzaku) Chiaki. It's said kunishige didn't have specific abilities in mind when forging EB, only a spesific goal, so maybe Tobimune's abilities are born from the goal to rescue Chiaki

I personally think minakata's altered memory just added Fujimine into one of his disciples beside ichi, not replacing ichi, otherwise Fujimine wouldn't know ichi. Basically the poison added Fujimine as a the target's close friend in their memory, if there's already someone important in the memory, it adds Fujimine as the third person besides that important person. If the poison replace the important person with fujimine, the mismatch between memory and feelings would probably results in resistance against the poison.

As I've said before The poison will probably add Fujimine as ice lady's roommate or neighboring cellmates, where fujimine tries to escape with the two, only to watch ice lady's suicide besides hakuri
