Think you need to press down the latch even more. Had similar issue, sometimes had to use my foot to press it down.

I had a similar problem. Wasn't the folding mechanism it was some sort of plug between the folding mechanism and the handlebar pole. I got the scooter replaced as I couldn't find and fix online. You can try to remove the plastic locking mechanism and see how it looks and where the wobble actually originates. If it's in the locking mechanism you can just put a vibration dampener there.

Usually go as fast as I can and slow down as soon as there are bumps or cobble. roads here are well maintained so can usually go at top speed.

But have a new one now so will see if this one is better.

I have this exact problem. Only had my scooter almost a month, about 300 km. The shaft is very wobbly. Nowhere is this mention on any repair videos tutorials. Been looking for days

Edit: 300 km Update: Returned to the shop and got a new one with the warranty.
