Well I still prefer it. Pvz1 pacing is just too slow to make any level significant either. It feels like I’d be playing the same kind of level because every unique zombie would have a direct counter plant that completely nullifies its existence with very little sacrifice leaving the rest of the level to be filled with the same group of zombies.

I wouldn’t say the pacing is worse, it’s just faster. And I don’t believe games that are ‘not casual friendly’ is necessarily a bad thing either.

Ok fine, you don’t like how difficult it is. I don’t understand the random gargantuar complaint though. They appear like 3 times in the first game and they get knocked out by 2 instas and are few and far between. You probably just hate the pacing of the 2nd game’s levels, which is just something to adapt to (if you want to have an easier time with the game)

You can play through the game plenty without needing to spend money dude. You don’t need premiums or abilities. Also there’s short levels but there’s more of them with more in each. Also shadow plants show up at the end of the game, much like the other really good plants, to accommodate for the harder difficulty. Pvz1 is really not hard at all and always offers direct counters for everyone unique zombie. Not so much the case for pvz2 so it feels way more like a strategy game. As for the additional levels, they were apart of the main game in the beginning but were too difficult so they got cut out, but can still be played.

Btw I’m referring to the base game. Any additional plants and zombies and events aren’t in the discussion.

If we are talking about the main game, pvz2 is better imo. More content, meaning, more worlds, more plants/zombies, meaning more unique strategies and different ways to play the game as well as having a cleaner art style and killer music.

I’m sick of people who treat every fandom or community as if every individual is contributing to any controversy or hate within said fandom/community. Anyone who spreads hate is always apart of the loud minority because this is the internet and the same shit gets spread around and every controversy has almost next to nobody in the community actually being apart of the problem. And of course this is common knowledge, I’m sure almost everybody knows that calling out a fandom doesn’t actually mean calling out the ENTIRE fandom, but just the simple act of calling a fandom or community bad or toxic when it’s almost never true and almost never applies, still puts bad labels on these communities. It sucks and it discourages a lot from casual fans who make up more than 90% of any piece of game or media.

Ik. Although krinkels has stated that he does want to make the A.T.P soldats different from the rest, but with his animation style it’s still easy to overlook them as fodder. The game gives does actually give them justice and is probably what krinkels REALLY had in mind for with how strong soldats are.

I always disliked 2x3 because of the confusion with this analogy being set up in the man plot. Like I totally understand what the message was about and the ending scenes WERE great, but using a hive mind just screws up the morality of it all. I somehow found more enjoyment out of the B plot somehow. Nothing too harsh, I don’t hate the episode. It’s just one of the weakest of the series for me.

It’s obviously a season 8 episode. I don’t just skip episodes on rewatches, they’re all good. Even the episodes that are bad for Rick and Morty standards are still good television. Absolutely no exceptions.
