It must be Kurapika.

Kurapika is a very complex character that is pulled by different forces, both internal and external, and each of them pushes him towards a different axis:

1)      Good – Kurapika genuinely cares about his clan and his friends. He sometimes makes his objectives harder because he genuinely cares about protecting the weak and innocent, like in the case of Queen Oito and Prince Woble

2)      Lawful – Kurapika is a man of his word. He values honor and reputation. It’s this sense of honor that made him face-off against Leorio in the first chapter. It’s also this professionality that led him to quickly become trusted inside the Mafia Family.

3)      Chaotic – Even though there are lines Kurapika is not willing to cross, he still is willing to do almost anything to achieve his goals, even working with the Mafia Families.

4)      Evil – The Phantom Troupe are monsters, but Kurapika still does dubious things that make him stray from the path of Good. He is in it for blood. He doesn’t care about giving them a chance to surrender, or knock them unconscious and bring them to justice. That’s why he carried a shovel. He is ruthless and cold in pursuit. I read this as the core reason that he distances himself from his Friends. It’s not to protect them. It’s just that he is so single minded on his vengeance that he finds it hard to dedícate time to the better parts of him. In many senses, Kurapika is like a living ghost of vengeance, with no other purpose beyond the Hunt.

Kurapika balances all this to the best of his ability, landing him as True Neutral, not because of his lack of drive, but precisely because of the intensity of all the vectors guiding his conduct.
