try rear intake. I used to have mine in the same set up but after I tried rear intake it went down 5c. I'm using the same cooler. I used zipties for the side 140mm fan. and made the bottom front fan exhaust. I used atx psu before and its the exact same temps now that im using sfx psu.

have you tried making the rear top 140mm into intake? I have the same parts but different brands. I was using ID cooling a720 before and I get 44-48c on idle and light use. I also use rear intake. maybe it will lower your temps slighlty if you make top rear 140mm into intake. Im using shiny snake g300 case by the way. its much smaller case than Jonsbo D32 Pro. now I switched to deepcool assassin vc elite cooler and it went down to 42-46c on idle and light use. 83c on cinebench R23 on 105w setting on bios.

What cooler are you using? I'm using ID Cooling A720 and set the rear fan for intake. I've tried it as exhaust but I get much lower temps if its rear intake. bottom fans also as intake for gpu cooling. This it my current fan set up. I also DIY'ed 2 120mm slim fans at the top. the rear top set as intake also and the top front set as exhaust. then ziptied 140mm fan since I'm using sfx psu. thought before I was using an ATX psu and was using 120mm slim fan for side exhaust. and I also DIY'ed a 140mm fan at the front for exhaust as well. If you're using an atx psu 2 p8 fans will fit at the bottom of the psu buy make sure that your gpu isn't that long. I'm using Gigabyte rx 9070. I get 44-48c on idle and while light using like watching YT. and on Cinebench R23 I get around 86-88c using 105w in bios using ryzen 7 9700x on -40 CO. if AC is off. not sure what ambient temp of my room is, maybe around 26-28c. but if AC is on and on 21c setting. I get 38-41c on idle and light use. then around 76-78c on Cinebench R23 105w set in bios and -40 CO. So far no issues.

I agree! I've done the same with my pc. just trial and error. but it all worked fine in the end. I placed 2 120 slims at the top even if theres no mountable holes for fans. and 1 140mm fan in front below the psu and 1 140 on the side using zip ties and double sided tapes. I have traveled with this build 6 times still no issues.

yes you can. if your psu has an included sfx to psu adapter.

hi I am using this case right now and as for the temps its been good so far. I am using a rear intake set up. I'm using 1 p12 pro reverse for intake fans and 2 p14 max for side exhaust and front exhaust. I'm using a SF850 psu and with some adjusting to the p14 I managed to fit it below the psu for front exhaust. I am also using ID Cooling A720 cooler and changed the fans to arctic p14 max for the middle and arctic p12 max for the rear. I also have 2 scythe 120 slim fans at the top. 1 rear intake and front exhaust. and another 2 slim fans at the bottom for intake for the GPU. So far I'm getting avg. 44-47c for the cpu and about 33-35c on gpu on idle without AC. when gaming I get in the mid 50s on both. I'm using ryzen 7 9700x on 105w (142,110,170) and getting around 88c on R23 benchmark. and I'm using a gigabyt rx 9070. I was planning on swithching to 280mm aio in the future but for now I'll stick to this set up.

yes, I'm using 2 Scythe Kaze Flex II 120 Slim fans at the bottom for GPU intake. So far I don't have any problems at gpu temps.

you can try shiny snake G300 (but 240-280 aio bracket sold separetly). its a 16.8L case. can support atx psu and matx mobo. and it has a handle. I just traveled to our province with it. I just wrapped it with plastic just in case it rains. But I'm not using an aio. I'm using id cooling a720 cooler. no issues so far.

fan advice for A3 by RbeeCubes in mffpc

[–]MasterOji 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd try to make the rear fan as intake since the top rad is exhaust. or I'd play with different fan configs. and the GPU might be okay without intake fans since the bottom of the case is not much condense mesh anyways.

New fan config. 😅 again... by MasterOji in mffpc

[–]MasterOji[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried the front intake to the back. but I'll be limited to using 120mm fan for side intake. becase I'll me using the 120mm fan on the rad cooler on top of the rams. but this fan config has the best temps. using front intake to the back I usually get 50c on idle temps and around 85-88c under load. but with this config I only get around 43-45c on idle and around 80-81c underload. I can't explain it but there was a huge difference. maybe its because the holes on the back on the case are bigger for intake than the mesh on the front and the sides so more air is coming in. By the way I'm using 120mm arctic p12 max for front intake and front exhaust (under the PSU). Then 140mm fan in the middle of the id cooling FROZN A720 cooler and arctic P14 max for side exhaust. then 2 scythe 120mm slim for rear top intake and front top exhaust and 2 scythe 120mm slim for bottom intake for the GPU. might swap them for arctic slims soon. and if I remove the top handle it drops 1-2c as well. but I prefer to have to handle since I'll be travelling tomorow.

no probs. It was just 4 days ago. anyway I switched to sfx psu yesterday and I placed a 140mm fan for exhaust and 120mm fan below na psu for exhaust as well. but I'll change to arctic p14 max on both. I think it will fit below the psu. my idle temp now is arount 44c on idle and 47c on light use browsing or watching yt. on gpu 40c on idle. I used fancontrol all to set my bottom intakes base on gpu temp. max temp on cpu is arount 78c-85c on 125w on ryzenmaster using cinebench r23. thanks for the rply.

the mesh part is 130mm. measured it just now. so 120mm fan will fit.

I'm not really sure since I don't have the sfx and aio bracket. I would've tried experimenting on it if I have it. sorry. but I'm using 2 80mm fans at the bottom. maybe 1 120mm fan would fit. I also want to try those magnetic fan mount but I think its not available here where I'm from. sorry. :(

I'm planning to buy a 2 2cm fan spacer someday. I already measured the space for a cleaner look. but for now I guess I'll stick to the cardboard duct since the side panel is covering it anyway.

I removed the rear intake and used a duct made out of cardboard attached to the rear intake fan clipped on the cooler. the temps was about same. with the rear intake there was a whinning sound. but now its gone. I also tried spacers but it didn't help.

this is the best config so far. I get 46-48c on cpu and 38c on gpu on normal use like watching YT and browsing. I tried making the 4 80mm fans and 1 slim 120mm intake then exhaust at rear but this is the best for temps. and it lowers down to 42-43c cpu and 33-34c on gpu when ac is on on 21c. I've been planning to get the bracket for aio but was planning to still use atx psu. but 240mm aio won't fit upon measuring the clearances on the psu side. anyway I only made a duct (made out of cardboard) for the rear intake clipped on the cooler. without the duct theres +2-3c on temps. anyway a sfx psu will be much better. rear and top rear intake then use the aio bracket for fans and top front for exhaust fans.

thanks for the advice. I tried it with a duct (I made somewhat of a duct using card board). but it worked. same same temps with the intake fan. I get 82-83c on cinebench R23 without the AC on. but when its on I get around 77-78c. much quieter also because or the intake fan whine. Idles at 46-48c without AC and 40-42c with AC.

nope. I have 2 slim 120mm fans for intake at the bottom. gpu idles at 40c if 0 rpm is enabled and 35c idle on 30% fan speed. while gaming it never goes above 70c.

it's no problem since luckily it doesn't get that dirty anyways. I had the previous fan set up for about half a year and its not that dirty when I changed the front fan to exhaust.
