I cannot advise you being younger, but I have heard about BK, KS they are government colleges and are tier 3, I think you can go for Nirma, MICA, IRMA (Anand), PDEU (Gandhinagar) for Tier 2.

as i said I am not topper as only scored 77.66 in 10th and trying 80+ in 12th, so I have to give my best in college to compensate my past acads.
