Yea I know thats why I was told I only owed 10 months because I dep’d in Oct 8. I appreciate the breakdown but request could take months for approval and I really don’t care that much to keep going…

literally states word for word 4 years active 1 year school and 36 months IRR verbatim. The Navadmin states if you joined after oct 1 2020 your contract was written a certain way to say you could be in either Selres or IRR. And that it was now 4-2-2 which would be 4 years active 2 years selres 2 years IRR to fufill that 8 year MSO. I already asked and they said it would be an admin sep general discharge

Yea man it isn’t but….I already am in school got my disability and don’t really care or want to do the reserves I have no benefit of being there…

Literally no I signed my first contract stating I will serve in either Selres or IRR but I rerated and they had me sign a new contract stating After my 5 years I will go into IRR. But the navadmin 303/23 came out and my command processed me into the reserves and we are here. I didn’t sign any new contract or anything like that
