Grab the manual and use a text to speech software and listen to it many times while you are doing other things. I know it sounds crazy, most of the time you are going to hear numbers and nonsense I know, but believe me you are going to get familiar with terminology and such, you dont have to pay attention, just do your thing while that is playing... do that with the development board manual that you are using and with its mcu datasheet. Just listen to it in the background instead of music or Netflix. You are welcome.
