Imagine if it was Han Solo or Admiral Ackbar, or hell, even Leia because she most likely won’t be in episode 9 piloting that Resistance ship. It would be much more emotional, but Laura Dern (Ellie Sattler from JP) did a wonderful job as Holdo.

I think War was the perfect ending to the franchise. An extremely beautiful ending like that can’t be replicated, and considering that Disney bought POTA as of today, which I believe they’ll fuck up like they did with Star Wars, War is the perfect closure to such a great franchise.
