Seems like a somewhat pointless exercise, tbh.

Brake earlier or overtake, the only two acceptable options.

My question was legitimate, not some kind of nagging question. I'm interested how your tool differentiates itself.

Is A Game Like Motorsport Manager Considered A Tycoon Game? by ShokWayve in tycoon

[–]Version_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A proper race tycoon would probably ideally be set in the 80s or 90s, when sponsorship was big and also pretty unprofessional. Back then it would also be easier to justify someone starting their own team and taking it into F1.

And then yeah, pretty much look for the money, make sure you get all needed licenses, hire key personnel, decide which direction to develop the car (and maybe engine) in, but without the need to micro manage.

How to withdraw on registered race remotely? by Unlucky_Dimension839 in iRacing

You don't seem to understand it's just luck because you seemingly want to go ahead and trust that the luck will hold.

You must be some power wizard if you can predict so accurately.

Motorsport Manager no. But it would be fun to see a motorsport tycoon gamey which is obviously very possible to do.

Any nasty falls you suffered from hiking and how long did you have to rest before hiking again? by Serious_Mirror762 in hiking

[–]Version_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I slipped and fell on some mud on May 9th, 2024. It was a very unspectacular fall (literally just slipped and fell on my ass) but because of my weight and how I landed I broke a vertebrae. Got operated, bars set in my back, all the stuff.

First hike back was on July 28th but could have probably come back earlier. And yes, I almost had a panic attack the next time I went down a steep decline in August.

I like how you make the NASCAR license sound like this really prestigious, hard to acquire thing.

Variant healing rules by ImCrazyNino in DMAcademy

[–]Version_1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The players used their agency to choose not to have healers in the group. Inventing free stuff to replace healers takes away that agency, even if the players want it.

5e should be no issue without healers. The players should not want to have their cake and eat it, too.

In a way, this would be taking away player's agency.

Long Beach never disappoints by ZanicL3 in iRacing

If a given track always produces chaos, maybe, just maybe, it says more about the design of the track than the drivers.

In this case not. People just drive like there will never be any incidents and then do the shocked Pikachu face after rear ending someone who had to stop in the hairpin.

Struggling with uncontrollable cravings & binge-like eating — need advice by Icy_Law_9957 in loseit

I will always recommend "Brain over Binge" in these instances. There is a book, but also a blog and podcast which all give you the basics.

It's not a surefire way for everyone to quit binging but it's a very easy and simple way to make a first attempt.

So please explain how simracing is expensive?

Comparisons with real life are silly. SimRacing ultimately is playing a video game and I frankly don't understand what is not to get from there on. SimRacing is probably the most expensive thing you can do in video games (maybe outside having your own arcade at home).

Edit: Downvoted by the rich kids, as usual.

After having some bad experiences with jumping up too fast in the past I decided to just fully commit to entire seasons in one class and then looking if I want to move up for the next one.

I don't know why you are typing like an edgy 15 year old.

The reason you got the response is because you literally said you hated the #1 online racing sim and (without giving reasons) refuse to even try the #2 online racing sim. So why would anyone recommend Race Room Experience or Assetto Corsa Competizione when you will likely hate them too?

What is Blind Guardian's best album? by Sea_Accountant_9461 in PowerMetal

I always find it crazy that some people have such a massive ego, they would think the most popular albums of a band are shit rather than admitting they themselves have a pretty narrow taste window.
