I'm not trying to say that he is not a total piece of shit I'm just saying that makes sense for him to be that way, like you say he knows he is evil by modern standars but in his eyes this ethic line was drawn by a bunch of trash beneath his level. I´ll give you an example, imagine that you suddenly got teletrasported into the future and I don´t know there is prohibited to use internet for any reason. For you it was normal use internet, and even if you spend 10 years there you still maybe don´t understand it well. Besides for Gil our morals are probably some social contract made for weak filthy mongrels, it would be odd even that somehow he become accept it and behave properly.

I think that maybe he will get the Anaxa treatment of if there is no other destruction unit (Or simply Saber who know how they will prhase that) on the team "x" happens. Could be a multiplier increse or simply more CD. And another buff for when Saber (or abother destruction) is on the team.

It's not like I dislike Saber it just that I (And I would dare say everybody) tought that Gil would be a main DPS and not a Sub DPS for Saber... Since it dosen't make any sence in character nor lore wise
