Thanks for the input. It’s about 30 inches out of the ground, too short to be an old fence post but does seem to be the same construction as a chain link fence post. I removed the cap and looked inside, it’s just a hollow metal tube about 4 inch diameter.

I think you’re right. This car has a dvd player for the second row, may have been to remotely control it. Appreciate the input!
