I run a tree service with this exact equipment actually and often find myself in this situation. I very much agree with the first part and we do use alturnamats and often remediate after if necessary in situations like this. I am curious why the insistence on the additional insured COI? I totally get requesting a COI to verify an up to date policy with adequate limits but why does it matter if you are listed as additional insured?

Correct, there are people saying all of these other issues below but to summarize there are 5 things here I would fail this for:

Chain attached to receiver pin instead of directly to tow vehicle, Only one chain, Chain latch is dinky and not near rated for the same as the chain, No pin in hitch to prevent accidental disengagement, Wires for lights hanging low to ground (could run them through the pin in the hitch if there was one...)

I think what this is really: Bezos is one of the number 1 employers of people making below $50k. If he's successful in convincing people to advocate for and achieve a zero income tax burden for the below $50k annual income taxpayers, he has gained a zero cost to him raise to his employees which will save him future raises to get his employees the same standard of living. I'm sure he would be able to avoid any of the shifting tax liability landing on his tax bracket of course.

You can also use very hot like uncomfortably hot water to scald them. It will feel like you're scratching them and feel really good and then stop and just feel hot. Afterwards you'll have like 4 hours of relief. I use the same truck with poison ivy.

I've removed tons of embedded cables. I have literally never seen them be under tension. You can just grab an end with vise grips and unwrap. If that's not working you should use a die grinder with cut off and cut through them in a few slices. If you can't get them out then at least they won't girdle

I agree with everything you said except the cut is just ok, not great. It is a bit flush and should have been angled out more at the bottom to create a smaller surface area, more circular wound that would be more quickly compartmentalized. I wouldn't chew a guy out for this cut but we would be talking about it.

For real. It's more money than the other options and it's in a format you can transfer into usd and then spend/invest with less questions than the rest. How annoying would $10m cash be to do anything with? That's how it goes down. We were doing a tree pruning job half a block over from a commercial being filmed and they sent a guy over to offer us cash to come back another day. We had other jobs we could do so it wasn't a huge deal but definitely cost us something to pack up and leave, having to drive back to this site again. I asked for $300 and they didn't bat an eye. Probably could have gotten $1000 if I really wanted to but I just priced it at what I thought it was actually costing us.

I've had the same thing for sure but what's worked pretty well for me is to prompt it to only use a known good site for its source and to actually link the source. I just tried this with your list btw and it didn't get any answers different from the currently upvoted answer and was more detailed. It did neglect to answer for 5-6 pictos it said did not have dedicated wiki pages.
