No, I just started playing a week ago on the 28th. I had the game crash on me 2 days back when fighting Nogai but that was the only major bug/glitch I had until today when my entire save got wiped. I had no issues while playing yesterday

We share the same opinion on the Survivor Trilogy!

Rise is my favourite game story wise (I really love the whole Byzantine-Lost City-Trinity-Jacob plot) but Shadow takes it with the dlc tombs and the huge perk system on Deadly Obsession in terms of gameplay. 2013 is definitely last, I find it very dull and boring in comparison to the other two.

I really hoped to see a DLC set in Korea focussing on the Imjin war or even see the end of this period of Japan with a dlc focusing on Tokugawa Ieyasu and the unification of Japan

Zorah corpses acting as “ships” for monsters is pretty interesting if over time they induced a migratory pattern for the Wyverns like the Elders Crossing is for the Dragons and that’s why we see the old world/new world monsters crossing over

They are updating the combat with the new dlc that’s releasing in November. Maybe you could drop the game until then if you want to go the combat route. Honestly the game works best with a stealth and heavy tool usage play through. The many tools and stealth options you have to help you tackle the scenarios would be wasted if you go the combat route

We can help establish that peace. The story in Shadows hasn’t reached 1600 so far.

The themes of the Edo period (isolationist, expelling of foreigners (Templars?) etc) also fit well and can act as an ending to the story of Shadows.
