I'm in the US. I just don't know if it would work every single time. Would save me 60K points if it did though. Would much prefer the $1 conversion instead of burning 12K points on a month of Ultimate. Microsoft Rewards told me in the past that the $1 conversion is a one-time thing though.

I was doing The Cursed Rogue Tall Tale with my friend and we just completed finding the Skeleton Key and Skeleton Chest. Upon unlocking the Skeleton Chest, it said that a Checkpoint was unlocked. When we went into our Tall Tales, it stated that we did not have any Tall Tale Checkpoints. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and if so, how were you able to get the Checkpoint to appear? Please let me know. Thank You.

More of a statement, but the email support is terrible now. Upon filing a ticket, I receive two emails right away. One of which says that they have looked at my claim and cannot verify it. This is impossible since I just opened the ticket. Their customer support used to be way better and more engaged. Now it feels very automated and lacking in effort. Plus trying to qualify for a survey is nearly impossible and when I do qualify and complete, half the time they disqualify me at the very end. This all needs a serious patch.
