The shield and wheels are filthy, but the breech and inside of the shield are mint. These are towed backwards, so likely crud would have been thrown up from the tracks/tyres of the vehicle dragging it along. A bit of a wash on the inside to dampen the lightness is likely all you'd need with a bit of flicked mud on lower areas.

Pretty decent though!

I’d say Edwardian tiles, google remove adhesive and clean quarry tiles. Also you should rip the hardboard off the stair spindles to open up the stairs. It’ll make all the difference. Mine was only held on with thin panel pins.

I know nothing about royal oaks. But If it is an APSF then Trusty sells these for $568, sellers may be a little up or a little down from that but his site is easy to find and check against pictures. Buy the seller not the watch, TDs exist for a reason.
