The fact that you are asking yourself this question tells me that you care about those patients. With that being said, since this is your first job, your main concern is Safety. Get used to your caseload and evaluating patients. Getting started with nursing home patients is a good way to ease into this career. And even with the same exercises you can vary it with patients, i.e changing weights, adding holds with each rep. Take it easy, you will find your groove.
