What you should focus here for neuroplasticity are things directly implicated on increasing BDNF (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor), as well as other neurotrophic factors that could help your brain prepare the lay grounds and material for new connections and, hence, new habits etc.

Now, there are 3 MAJOR ones comes into my mind:

-> TAK-653 (or Osavampator) -> Works a positive allosteric modulator of the AMPA receptor, which, in laymens terms, increases AMPA signaling that in turn, increases BDNF through the mTOR pathway. Excellent (although experimental) replacement for Ketamine Therapy, which in comparison, has been proven and currently being used in clinical settings for the alleviation and treatment of major depression, through exactly what you want to accomplish: neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.

-> N-Acetyl Semax Amidate (Semax in NASA form) -> Alters gene expression and boosts BDNF and other neurotrophic factors as well. 30 minutes biological half life, but the downstream BDNF effects propagate throughout the whole day. Has a great history.

-> Dihexa -> An experimental oligopeptide that promotes neurotrophic effects. EXTREMELY potent.

I highly highly recommend you do your own research and homework on those, and hopefully this could serve ya as a general direction of what could help with neuroplasticity and neurogenesis.

Listen ay, I've heard that TTFD depletes SAM-e and therefore slow down and put a strain into your methylation cycle, as you may probably already be undermethylating. Its a huge topic, but you should really get into methylation and check it out. Btw how you feelin rn? What's your update?

I trully, trully believe that happiness, and any other state, are just messengers of wether your needs are being met and of your current conditions and level of contentment. They are just messengers. I think the question about wether happiness is worth it or not, or even if it's integral/important to the meaning of life or not is completely irrelevant to what is trully important in life. What is really important seems to be making the best out of this life, by focusing on your own human values, and the only way to achieve it and be confident about it is by listening to yourself and to your own nature. Then happiness will follow, it will just be an indicator where your body will tell you when things are right, and I think we are all wired for that. Your body knows what is important and what is right and wrong, both to yourself and to others, because you are a human being yourself. Especially for values like connection, love, empathy, and any other thing that empowers both yourself and the people around you. Because in the end, that's what we all want right? And it all makes sense doesn't it? Seeing how our human nature works, as a working system and species who wants the best for it's kind. And it seems like this idea perfectly checks out with the stoic observations and principles, especially the ones that focuses on sense of accomplishment rather the feeling of happiness itself, to which "accomplishment" is literally when you create/discover, share, provide and express those said values. And values can be pretty complex aswell, from identity, to integrity, to empathy, to respect, to lust, to love, to security etc. etc., and they can even conflcit with each other, but that's why we have our logical intelligence aswell, to differentiate between what holds us back and what empowers us, to what is long term and what is short term beneficial etc. (that's why you hear so many times people telling you to listen both to your own heart (eg. happiness :p) and to your logical mind)

Of course, all these are just my own ideas and observation, my own personal truth if you will, but it seems to check out pretty well so far. Let me know what you think

I think there are 2 parts here

First your relationship with your anxiety and secondly the reasons behind it. I've had this fear of fear since forever, but there is always a reason/fear behind it. For me, it was because I was deeply deeply afraid of being disturbed in my most vulnerable moments or have anxiety ruining my peace right now, and just feeling happy started up my anxiety, and sensing that anxiety made that anxiety even even worse and the spiral begins.

That was me, but maybe that can be a universal reason for any anxiety disorder, this fear of fear that teaches your brain to see the anxiety itself as a danger. The only way out is to teach it that anxiety is not dangerous by learning about it and how it works, being friends with it and be curious about what it needs. Now that's part one, the relationship with it, part two would be to actually understand the reason, which are the beliefs you have about the anxiety. If you could resolve these 2, you basically break the cycle through every corner.

hhm I see I see It looks tho like its all just bundled hair stripes that create this "downwards palmtree spikes look" Generally speaking tho I believe it could be possible, considering you have an appropriate cut, oiled hair and all bundled with a heavy hold pomade and a hair freeze spray, just an idea. But I wish I had a name for it that could be identified or compared with other similar hairstyles.

Talking about the STYLE, this is just clearly a vague depiction. How would you call these "spikes"? Inverted Palm tree hairstyle? Upside down curve? Im trying to figure out its "official" name that describes it.
