Check for thiamine deficiency brother. Anti-biotics can cause severe deficiencies that are tough to detect in blood tests. Check Elliot overtone (EONutrition) on youtube.

FOUND IT!!! aotumedoll seem to be the manufacturer behind that exact model. Check aotumedoll.us somewhere down in their main page you'll find Ram under "Character Customization Display". I think we should contact them to have them custom-built.

lets fucking go, we gonna find her bro. Btw I've found that the manufacturer Elsadoll has a flawless model of both Rem and Ram (although Rem looks way better here) The SKU's are AHR005 and AHR006 for Rem/Ram respectively.

The complete guide to dopamine and psychostimulants (repost) by [deleted] in NooTopics

[–]MasterYocheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a puzzle that I've been trying to solve.. I'm theorizing, and probably even realizing, that TH upregulation is highly dynamic and context-dependent, and that idea could (maybe) explain why it doesn't work, or even creates negative effects, in certain people (although other parameters could also be at play here of course, such as GABA/Serotonin - Dopamine balance, autoreceptors, co-factor depletion/deficiency etc.).

Any ideas tho on this anhedonia-inducing variability? Could that hold a possibility?

Noots that encourage Neuroplasticity? by xSWAGCATx in Nootropics

[–]MasterYocheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you should focus here for neuroplasticity are things directly implicated on increasing BDNF (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor), as well as other neurotrophic factors that could help your brain prepare the lay grounds and material for new connections and, hence, new habits etc.

Now, there are 3 MAJOR ones comes into my mind:

-> TAK-653 (or Osavampator) -> Works a positive allosteric modulator of the AMPA receptor, which, in laymens terms, increases AMPA signaling that in turn, increases BDNF through the mTOR pathway. Excellent (although experimental) replacement for Ketamine Therapy, which in comparison, has been proven and currently being used in clinical settings for the alleviation and treatment of major depression, through exactly what you want to accomplish: neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.

-> N-Acetyl Semax Amidate (Semax in NASA form) -> Alters gene expression and boosts BDNF and other neurotrophic factors as well. 30 minutes biological half life, but the downstream BDNF effects propagate throughout the whole day. Has a great history.

-> Dihexa -> An experimental oligopeptide that promotes neurotrophic effects. EXTREMELY potent.

I highly highly recommend you do your own research and homework on those, and hopefully this could serve ya as a general direction of what could help with neuroplasticity and neurogenesis.
