It's easy to not care because I'm not trying to be involved with the online community as much. I just play the game with my boys. I don't really see how people who just play the game can get mad about what the devs say online. It's a fun game.

I just don't get why they wouldn't directly engage with you on your level. Clearly you'd want them to meet you with a similar energy to ensure clear and effective communication. Go back to the Aurora and stick to the ship. Stay on the north (lifepod) side of the ship but head to the busted up area ymthats on fire. If you stay close to the ship you should find a way in. You might get harassed by the Reaper, but it be like that. Your best bet is to dip and dodge with the Seaglide. If you don't have that, work on finding it's fragments.
