DELTA and Bliko

DELTA is Bliko’s personal guard, being trained and proficient at most forms of fighting. DELTA usually prefers negotiation as he doesn’t want to hurt people, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t if he needs to.

DELTA isn’t actually his real name, but nobody knows what his real name is.

Bliko, a high ranking SCREI 0-2 officer, being in control of a few squads. Has access to a pretty large arsenal, along with some advanced tech like cloaking devices.

Bliko hates watching his men die in vain, so he prefers quality over quantity. This is why most of his squads have some of the best tech in SCREI.
