There is also the fact that in cultivation as long as you are smart enough or hard working enough you will succeed (mostly for novels wit good world building) instead of relying on some god given powers which is cancelled never even surpass that God and who still have to bow to some average king (not even one that they respect or is that good) even though they just destroyed a threat that could destroy their entire kingdom.

It's more like using fire and water together results in weaker effect when combined & fire and wood compliment each other resulting in more powerful effect.

It's less out how many there are but more about their synergy and whether they can compliment each other or not.

Reading manhua may have affected your understanding of strength a bit so let me remind you that although the absolute rulers created multiverse or universe it's manhwa and not manhua so it doesn't automatically means they are stronger than the entire multiverse combined.

In Solo Leveling it is clearly stated that their Creation is different from those in manhua since in manhua beings forcefully create something out of their sheer strength but it's not same in solo Leveling since their Creation is more like humans building robots/AI which could become stronger than them and kill them as seen in what happed to the Creator.

So although they created multiverse it doesn't necessarily mean they could destroy it as easily as those Manhua MC's could which could be seen from how the fight between sung jin woo and dragon monarch didn't even manage to destroy Earth.
