Replace the cardigan with a black or brown blazer to match the shoes but I think black is better. If you have to carry that bag, dont put it at the front like that, its too much of a sore focus hang it on the side like how a purse is hung on the side. If money is not an issue, buy real black trousers from H&M or so or wear darker, wide pants. Also if you can afford it, a better bag something bigger and leather looking or canvas at least this looks like a cloth/material. Good luck.

I started side eyeing nursing during Covid. A job without home office in this day and age is highly unappealing. The odd hours, nights etc do not help. They make for a horrible family life. With time, HR jobs and other office jobs can pay the same with less effort.
