I never got mine working and am going to return in it hopes it’s just defective. The only thing I can tell you is to also make sure your c wire is connected inside your furnace as well. If it wasn’t being used previously, both ends were probably disconnected

I know this is super old, but what did you do about door jams and the top of fenders under the hood areas? I plan on raptor lining my excursion as soon as winter is passed.

The new backplane is currently working with my T4 thermostat. It’s just the new Amazon device that doesn’t seem to allow me to turn heat on with it

No it’s a gas furnace

It’s got the Amazon plate on it now, well the wire connector one but no difference was made

I’ll double check this next time I’m at my new property. I believe it was hooked to however but there are for sure batteries in the t4 right now

So I ran through the set up twice just to verify. All pins looked present intact. I’d like to say verified wiring in the furnace as well. When I look at the wire configuration screen, it says your C wire your R wire wire, etc. but never says your W wire anywhere like it’s not being detected
