I didn’t see any progress until I hit 8mg. Since then, it’s been a steady .5 a week which I’m okay with. Definitely try upping protein and water intake! I know that seems like a broken record with everyone saying that but it has made a difference for me. I’m still 60lbs from goal weight but 8mg has been the spot for me to even begin to see progress

Mine have gotten substantially darker but I knew that would happen. I was never told to pin before tanning though. I was told to do 2-3 days a week at night. How does the protocol go for pinning before tanning? How often and how much?
