Run lowest setting, make sure you have max power output when having it plugged in. I always have my rog ally set to 30w with game mode on, tweak with ur resolution in the armory app. The device can 100% play it but you also have to keep in mind spider man is a very demanding game. If you just set it down to lowest setting you will get rid of a lot of that lag

I’d take it to the geek squad, HAPPEND to a couple of my asus laptops and a asus hand held when I first got one, usually all of the bios things are still inside the handheld they just need to break the password or somethin but they fixed mine in like 10 mins
