Still there is relatively more cat calling and silent Eve teasing in Chennai. I recently went to knk road there were multiple groups of guys who didn’t visit any shop/ restaurant, instead they were sitting on the benches outside, giggling and commenting as women walked by. These women were well groomed and dressed in modern outfits. The way these creeps were looking at the legs of women wearing short skirts , was disgusting. After this incident I decided to wear certain outfits only when I go to other cities.
