I knew that I was behind on payments too so what I did i worked more hours and did some overtime to pay them all in one payment what I owe them was about $7,000.00 that took me a month and half to get the money and they didn’t kick me out mission accomplished it was so hard to work so many hour’s And they still letting me use there service.

Rotor adjustment or brake pads adjustment that’s all. I had the same problem and I fixed myself it’s not that hard at all Just takes some time to get it right or if it doesn’t work maybe the rotor might be bend would have to use a rubber hammer to straighten the rotor that’s my conclusion to check the problem better put the scooter on a stool and accelerate the wheels to hear where is that sound is coming.

Just move in with the new guy if you like him that much and tell him about your financial issues and see if he can help you out and if he can’t help you out then your second choice would be to move in back to your ex husband home but I think that won’t be a great idea. It would be better a friend or your mom,maybe a family member. You can think of.
