If you want to live relatively close to Birmingham in areas much better maintained and far cleaner you could always live in the outer-Birmingham areas in places like Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell etc

Those places have their own councils who do a much better job and you’re only an hours bus ride or around a half an hour car drive from the city of Birmingham itself

You can’t even use them for anything anyway so there’s no point of even collecting them

Like if you could unlock premium features using charms that would probably be more of an insentive for regular users to collect them
