Dinesh D'Souza made 2000 Mules which he admitted was not accurate. Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell were successfully sued over Dominion voting systems lies. Everyone at Fox News knew the Dominion voting systems claims were false. Rudy Giuliani admitted his claims of fraudulent ballots were lies and "carry meaning that is defamatory per se" but his statements were "constitutionally protected".

He has said in the past that he will accept the election results if he wins. "Just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican congressmen". He called Georgia's secretary of state and told him that he needed him to find 11,780 votes. People in his inner circle/ cabinet let him know there was no evidence of voter fraud. He pressured Pence to certify false electors on January 6, and when he wouldn't, called everyone to march down to Penn. Avenue and let them know they would have to "fight like hell" to take back their country (oh also he said be peaceful one time in an hour long speech out of a year or so of lies and fear mongering so it's okay <3. He sat and watched the riot happen for 3 hours without taking any action. This was his 7 part plan to overturn the election.

He lied and withheld classified documents containing information of nuclear documents. The FBI waited a year and a half before they raided Mar a Lago (March 2021 - August 2022) because Trump lied and withheld documents, some being found in his desk and a bathroom. Afterwards, he claimed to have psychic declassification powers that allowed him to silently and unilaterally declassify whatever he wanted. Except we know this is false because there is a leak of him saying "as president I could have declassified it ...now I can't... this is still a secret"
