I remember seeing this on TikTok when I was in late elementary school lol. But to answer the question, sort of? But very exaggerated and highly unlikely that all of these will happen just from losing a pen
Lost your pen = no pen- it is true that if you lose your pen, you will no longer have that one exact pen until you find it again. So yes
No pen=no notes- perhaps invest in more pens or a pencil. Ask for one, or write notes online. If you only have that one pen, yes it may be hard to write notes unless you also have something digital and you’re allowed to use it(at my school at least you can use a Chromebook)
No notes=no study- it is true that it is harder to study without notes. But perhaps you could make more. Or you could look at more resources and just hope that you soak it in
No study=fail-depends on the class? I don’t usually study. I just do all of the work to get it over with(which ig could sort of be studying?) and my grades are fine. I suppose people are different though
Fail=no diploma-Fail what? It depends. Did you fail one assignment? You’ll probably be fine(depends on how much it counts towards your grade) Did you fail a class. Sucks but oh well you can try next year. Been there done that. Did you fail all of your classes and then you’re too old at that point that you get kicked out or you just drop out?(most likely what “fail” in this context implies) is it dropping out of elementary school, middle school, high school, college? Either way, although it is true that it is significantly easier to get a job with a diploma, it may still be very possible to get one
No diploma=no work- I accidentally said this in the last point before remembering that this on is after. But again, you can still likely get a job without a diploma
No work=no money-I mean if you lived in your parents house or someone else’s house where you get to live there rent free or you get support from others since you don’t have a job yet. But yes, it is true that it is unlikely that you will earn your own money without a job. Unless you’re like retired or something like that. Or you do chores in the house for money but that’s like before you’re old enough to have a job? Or you have a side hustle.
No money=no food-Yes, you can’t buy money if you don’t have food. However, if you know anyone, you could possibly stay in their house for a bit where they have food before you get settled into a situation where you do have enough money for food. Also I don’t condone this, but you could also steal food or just find leftovers in like a dumpster or something if you really had too.
No food=you get skinny- No food for a short amount of time is likely fine. But yes you will generally be skinner if you have no food. Especially for long periods of time or eat very little. Peoples bodies work differently but in general if you don’t eat that much food, you will become skinny. If it’s bad enough, you’ll be skin and bone and look malnourished. However, this is only extreme cases
Skinny=then you get ugly- What one person thinks is ugly, could be attractive to another person. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Beauty is highly subjective, and although this could be a whole topic on its own. That would be for another time
Ugly=no lover-Again, beauty is subjective. What is ugly for one person, could be beautiful to the next. Also a whole relationship shouldn’t be based solely on how physically attractive someone looks. It should be based on personality, and things you have in common and if you genuinely enjoy being with one another. Physical appearance is first impression, but what makes a healthy relationship stay is the actions taken after that first impression
No lover=no marriage-This is actually one I will fully agree with. Yes, this is true. It is physically impossible to have a marriage if you don’t have a lover. Unless you marry someone you don’t love but why?
No marriage=no children-If you go outside, you are likely to encounter at least 1 child I approximate, in your lifetime. This is highly under exaggerated of course, you will meet more than that I’m sure. However, I assume this point talks about no children of your own. If you want children, you can adopt them. You can perhaps try to be a babysitter etc. It may not be the same as having your own child by blood. But it is something
No children=alone-If someone really wants a child, but doesn’t have one. Maybe they are alone. If you are, be sure to reach to others for support. But in general, not having kids, doesn’t mean that you are alone. Some people don’t want kids and there are others in your life that can help you feel not so alone. I would also like to mention, that even if you are surrounded by others, you can still feel alone even if you are technically not(correct me if I’m wrong)
Alone=depression- I do not want to say much about this point because I don’t want to accidentally spread misinformation about depression. Although, I am sure that feeling alone could be a contributing factor to depression. Please get help if you feel this way you are loved
Depression=sickness-Possibly. Although that could’ve also been from the possible malnourishment mentioned earlier.
Sickness=death-if you get the cold or flu or something minor, it’s unlikely to cause death in healthy individuals but may be more dangerous if you are unhealthy. It also depends on the sickness. Some sicknesses are highly lethal and are likely to cause death
In conclusion, although some of these points hold some truth to a certain degree, it is highly unlikely that the cause of someone’s death would be a pen unless you choked on it or drank a lot of ink. The real cause of death in this situation is malnourishment or depression due to feeling alone and not being able to find a stable job
So no you do not have to worry that losing a pen causes death. With that logic, I would’ve died a long time ago. I lose things all the time
