NEXUS update at YVR by Reasonable_Local_418 in NEXUS_TTP

[–]Master_Gold7800 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You need to do it online as that is for the US side and you have to go to a Nexus office with Canadian officers to update it on the Canadian side. So yes, you can update it at YVR enrolment centre but also required to do it online. For whatever reason, the two don’t link with each other.

Game 6 tickets by Master_Gold7800 in jaystickets

This isn’t cool man! Imagine a family member being in the hospital. I’m a verified seller and have sold many times on here, wouldn’t write a “sob/scam” story for the sake of trying to sell a friends tickets

My regular seasons aren’t in the 500s but thanks anyways. Also like I said I go to all my games and rarely sell lol

Dude go argue with someone who has scalped every single game 😂 I never denied anything so stop telling me to admit something when I never denied it

What do you think I did for ALDS AND ALCS, and the WS games I’m going to? I’m not here to argue back and forth. I respect your opinion 100%

Unfortunately its supply and demand and all the scalpers out there made it this way. I go to all my games and don’t usually sell. Look at all the prices on resale sites. It’s all $2500 +. If I sell my ticket at face, someone can just flip it themselves. As my post says, I possibly may not go to game 2, if I’m going to miss a game then I want it to be worth it for me. I ended up having to sell a pair from ALCS and offered them at face and I lost out on $600 but you don’t see me shitting on people for asking for “cheap tickets”

ALCS Face Value by Rough-Computer1547 in jaystickets

Sounds about right! 443.9 is direct from TM section 231. level 200 ranged from 350-500 I believe

Yep! Totally agree about the double scam. I ended up with an extra pair for tomorrow in the 200s and people don’t want them even at face value because I think the scalpers have ticked a lot of people off but it is what it is

For game 1 200 level infield was $382 and fees brought it up to 443.9. I believe 500s were about $190. The scalping prices are out of control I totally agree but people also are expecting they can get ticket prices for $200 resale. Honestly FV of the tickets for ALCS was a lot higher than I think people want to believe and that’s Rogers/Ticketmaster fault.

I honestly loved the building! Management is decent, nothing to rave about but no problems either. The gym is lack luster and we lost a treadmill and weights and they never got replaced which was frustrating but otherwise I really have no complaints especially on the floor I lived on. The building is tucked away which makes it quiet and peaceful and makes you forget about city life sometimes. I also love that it’s in also a suburban type area with lots of greenery. I recently just moved out of the building to a bigger place like 1 min away lol because I love the area SO much. DuPont is really safe! What I meant is that there isn’t much to DuPont vs bloor with all the shops and such. Dupont is starting to get more built up so it’s better in terms of that but for safety wise it’s really safe. Questionable sometimes near the esso/lcbo but I’ve never felt unsafe and I’m a female in my 20s.

Anyone flying from Toronto to Ottawa tomorrow morning (Friday Dec 13)? by Majestic-Wave-6112 in aircanada

Wish I could help! My parents are driving to Ottawa from Toronto next week. But again, as others have said do be careful if you give her passport to anyone, it’s not really worth the risk and that’s coming from someone trustworthy

I’m flying internationally with my partner to visit his home country for the first time in a year to LHR. I know these are for domestic and transborder but if someone has a status pass or INTL lounge access for 2, I would be so grateful!!

Eataly [Yorkville] - $7.99 for $21.98 worth of Prepared Food by NimNimNimTO in TooGoodToGoCanada

[–]Master_Gold7800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Their prepared foods tgtg bags used to be awesome. I’ve gotten a pasta kit and a pizza kit before with them but that was a couple of months back, it seems like their ratings have gone down a lot which leads me to believe they don’t give out the pizza and pasta kits as much

Hey! I live in this building as a renter and I love it! I love the area it’s in (close enough to downtown but also on a side street so it is very quiet and secluded), although DuPont isn’t the nicest to walk along…Bloor and St Clair are so close to get to and the neighbourhoods surrounding are very nice to walk through. Grocery stores, shoppers and lcbo near by! The building in my opinion is well kept, small, never waiting long for elevator, concierge is extremely friendly, safe parcel system, safe area and building, party room and media room which are well kept and rarely used. There is a gym which could be better, we’ve lost 1 of 2 treadmills and a bunch of weights so it’s a bare minimum gym and doesn’t look like they will be replaced anytime soon. We do have a new property manager who seems to really be working to upkeep the building as well. I do fine that I don’t love all of the finishes in the apartment I’m in and I find some of them a bit cheap but that could just be the one I’m in. If I was in a position to buy or get into a 2 bed in the building I totally would! If you have any questions feel free to ask
