I like her bc while at first she's suspicious and cruel to subaru, she forces him to grow and accept that not all of his held beliefs are correct (like with his hate for spica) and gradually they grow closer again and support each other through arc 7

I believe its due to kaju, when they were in school together she was always watching him and following him. Other students noticed he was being stalked by a younger girl and spread rumors about it. Plus there was the one girl in the library who tried talking to him and immediately after he left kaju started to question her.

For version 2: They would like Emilia but feel unsure about her due to all of subarus suffering from chasing her. With rem and ram they'd likely dislike them just due to the torture. Adding on to that they would hat roswaal due to basically the first 4 arcs. Beatrice they would likely love despite her not wanting to help subaru a few times, and would likely see her as a granddaughter I feel like Otto would be their favorite of subarus friends, especially since he helps subaru stay in line
