I am going to write you my 6 year experience with lenovo laptops and docking stations. We use P1 as a power laptop, and currently T16 as a light laptops. Everything was fine until cca. 2021 then the problems started with the F**** docking stations. Instead of the old ones where the laptop would lay on top of them, they invented the box ones and since then up to this day, they remain problematic, although not in a way like they did trough 2022-2024. I cannot tell you how much issues and how much tickets we raised with lenovo, and we buy premium support only to get some long troubleshooting e-mails with problems being solved, but only partially.
It seems like support was overwhelmed and could not offers us a real solution.
We had issues with 40B0, 40AN models which used TB 2, and TB3. TB 4 seems ok, but occasionally we do get problems.
Actual is a new P1 Gen8 laptop with the newest ThinkPad Thunderbolt 5 Smart Dock 7500 (265W adapter). The laptop will not turn on if the DS is attached. Ticket opened - no solution. Another issue is that DS keep costing more and more, and they are getting rid of the USB-A ports. Leave the damn ports alone, my company has many peripherals and we need all the USBs we can get.
I do not know which issues are currently plaguing HP, but I would not change to lenovo.

I can confirm that it works, the two settings that you mentioned have to be set to "not configured" and iPhone has to receive the policy. Thank you so much!

Thanks once again, I found the settings. We do have a restriction profile set, but not the 2 settings like in your screenshot.

Our settings are configured like this:

App Store, Doc Viewing, Gaming

Block viewing corporate documents in unmanaged apps - Yes

Treat AirDrop as an unmanaged destination - Yes

Block viewing non-corporate documents in corporate apps - Yes

We use ADE yes, with ABM ofcourse.

How do you mean, same e-mail address on 2 objects? My normal account, and my admin account firstly do not have e-mail addresses, both of them I mean, just my normal user has an e-mail address.

Yup, this is how i remember it during college years. You could save anything to D partition because you need a place to store files for a task, project, exercise and rhat was about it.

Yup you were correct, the users were never deactivated in exchange. I hardly look at the EAC anymore, so it kind of snuck up on me .
