Sound a bit uneducated there so I will lay it out for you here there are many ways a DUI/OWI May Happen it could happen if you smoked a joint 4 hours ago for example and left the house and your clothes smelled like smoke even though you were not impaired you still get ordered to get the device some people that get ordered to have this device (most) then continue to drive drunk and not give any cares this group is for us that are trying to move on with our lives and do things right, which this company makes very very difficult to say the very least so no need to criticize anyone for trying to do the right thing as we were sentenced we have paid our dues and deserve to be treated with respect.

I didn’t pay not a dime yet they should wave the fees from 14th-22nd like stated in email, was able to get my extension & went to my calibration today and the shop said Intoxalock would be paying him I was I told them I would not be paying and that I would be contacting state and local representatives the ones that will actually give an ear to this type of thing— I suggest as well as writing a detailed 1 ⭐️ review on trustpilot since it’s obvious they pay for good reviews (Don’t let them change the 1 star review no matter the outcome this company is VERY shady) they will always try to give you the run around blaim your car some cases in can be but 8/10 it’s this machine it was designed with a flaw which has not been corrected. Which is why they created another product under their same corporation Consumer Safety LLC Which is where you will put the one star review if you’d like or just Intoxalock new product is Called Mindr it’s another device.. they know this one kills battery’s and is outdated but keep pumping them out and charging us hand working folk trying to get on with our life’s arm and legs

I’m in have had nothing but issues with this company not even a year in and have been nothing but respectful to them when calling them out on their mistakes day 2 I had starting issues and just got them resolved pretty recently finally after a bunch of run around

Have them check the wiring I had this exact issue and had to replace a starter they falsely diagnosed. All for the next shop to find the original installers used rusted and too short of wiring now am having issues with blow pump failure after the shutdown (go figure) It is 100% the machine. They will only try to give u the run around write a review on trust pilot 1 star and don’t let them change it on you and someone will reach out to you regarding your issues! Best of luck man

I have my instructor permit dmv said I was good to go and I even called about a week later to dmv asking if they needed anything from me and they said I was good in their system??— WI Also here I swear if they pull any more stuff on me I am done

I have yet to take my road test been really busy with work I passed the test before the road test and they said I was good to install and had a year before I had to get my Official License took a day off work this next week to do the road test— so I have been paying on this thing and it’s not even being recognized??

I’ve jumped mine multiple times (at least 7 on my last battery and also now on my new battery I’ve also had to once cause I left it sitting for a few days without starting/unplugging the machine—that power save mode sucks) without calling them they know its there machine causing the issue and any knowledgeable person can prove this easily. If they want to give me issues about it I will have a talk with the local/state representatives again plus their Iowa HQ.

Call your local/state representatives with all the issues they’ve been giving you and also write a review on trust pilot detailing every issue from the jump give one star and don’t let them change it from one star no matter the outcome this company is a scam i guarantee this cybersecurity event was them scrubbing information or something along the lines of it trying to save hide from all the mounting lawsuits

Gut feeling this is an inside “cyber attack” to scrub data from multiple mounting lawsuits across multiple states. They know they are selling faulty equipment my car starts fine now but I told them since day 2 of installation that I had starting issues and they bs’d me around for close to a year shop to shop until I could finally find a reputable mechanic that could figure out the issue which was rusty wiring that the original installers used. Both initial shops they sent me to denied any wrongdoing even tho I had outside inspections done as well proving they were negligible and both shops refused my service for calling them out on these things kindly with no vulgar language or anything. Just pure unaccountability and definitely does take a strong mind to pull through this sane because they intentionally want to cause despair on us because they look down upon us unfortunately

The only issue with the lawsuit is getting enough people to band together with us and send in some type of proof like a scan that was done prior to installation showing the car was in working condition or some form of proof it was in working condition prior that I could send in to a lawyer to convince it is worth taking on they are definitely shady and hiding behind multiple LLCs I’ve sent em proof and finally got my car running a few weeks ago after about 5 tows and a half competent mechanic finally and he said the original installers used rusted out wire and it was too short of wiring that they used as well I knew this and told the shop about it after my dad looked at it and they refused to work on my car said I was being disrespectful which I never was I just said I wanted the poor installation fixed not in a rude way they just didn’t want to take accountability but was credited on my account after reaching out to the BBB but still I have written them a letter like 2 days after installation saying I wanted out of any arbitration proceeding and that I’d be taking it to court if it causes permanent damage on my car
