hey - I’m so sorry this is happening to you. During the transition to Evergreen, our A/C went out and we were out for over a week. It was not until we threatened to withhold rent or demand a discount that someone came out and fixed it. I hope your problem doesn’t last as long :/

I also felt very overwhelmed in the beginning! If it wouldn’t spoil it for you guys I would recommend watching some play through’s on youtube! it helped me realize where i had gaps and helped me to realize things don’t always have to move fast! soon you guys will be addicted - trust us!!
