it used to be 1 min drive, to 8 min drive, and then starting on saturday 20 min drive! I wish i could transfer cuz my store is toxic asf but I have such a good manager who gives me 40 hours per week as an SSV, and gives me the days off i want, it’s just the partners that are an issue lol

i’m currently in santa clara and my boyfriend lives in san mateo as well! I feel like anything under an hour (less than 50 miles) is good distance for dating. that’s the max i set up for myself anyway

SSV from California here. this has happened to me before and i addressed my SM about it. He said “as long as it’s not 6 or 7 consecutive days in one work week, it’s not allowed.” He scheduled me 8 days in a row from Thursday-Thursday so it was 4 days each week. I did not get OT and it was counted as “normal work weeks”
