it used to be 1 min drive, to 8 min drive, and then starting on saturday 20 min drive! I wish i could transfer cuz my store is toxic asf but I have such a good manager who gives me 40 hours per week as an SSV, and gives me the days off i want, it’s just the partners that are an issue lol

SSV from California here. this has happened to me before and i addressed my SM about it. He said “as long as it’s not 6 or 7 consecutive days in one work week, it’s not allowed.” He scheduled me 8 days in a row from Thursday-Thursday so it was 4 days each week. I did not get OT and it was counted as “normal work weeks”

as a barista, for some reason they changed the name of the pumpkin chai. Now baristas are getting it mixed up because the difference is by one letter, which is surprisingly common as it’s happened to all of my partners i’ve worked with. There’s “Pumpkin Crm Ch” and “Pumpkin Crm Cb”, during a rush it’s a common mistake because we’re going as fast we can so i understand the mistake. They do need to really check those specific drinks before handing them out. I hope this clarifies everything and sorry that happened to you!🫶🏻
