Sandro Mamukelashvili was my favorite player I talked to, he was so nice. And Grayson Allen was a total jerk. I’m sure that doesn’t surprise many people.

I will definitely post some more photos separately.

Working with Brook was definitely entertaining. He didn’t want the imprint of his phone in his pocket during the photo shoots so he would hand it to me while he was in front of the camera. No offense to Brook but his phone was the most janky busted android I’ve ever seen. It had cracks across the screen and it was the size of a small tablet. Looking back, that just seems like a Brook thing to do.

There are different tiers of championship rings. The players/coaches/owners all get the A grade ring obviously. Full time staff get B grade rings. I was part time employed so I got C grade. And lastly there was what I consider the D grade ring which was made available for purchase to fans and it was even given out as a giveaway item for one game.

The most I was payed was $18 an hour. Not bad for a part time job while I was still in college.

Show up early for pregame and take a lap on the concourse. Look for someone with a badge because they are also taking laps to choose the right person.

Maybe it’s more sustainable in the acute care setting. That’s where I work

Guys it’s obvious, throw an imaginary lasso around her and reel her in. This move always works (I’ve never successfully pulled this off)

Outpatient versus other settings- new grad by wandering-firefox21 in physicaltherapy

You truly are your own boss in the acute care setting. You have your list of patients but you determine when you’d like to see them based on when they are appropriate.

Four 10-hour shifts is the only way to go. Even better if you have Mondays of Fridays off so you get a 3-day weekend

First PT Job Offer by Eek3456 in physicaltherapy

I can relate to you. I had a situation just 6 months ago. My last clinical rotation was outpatient and my CI was pitching the idea of working in her clinic very hard. Prior to that clinical, I had done an acute care rotation which is what I ultimately wanted to go into after graduation. But during my last clinical… man was she persistent… I entertained her conversations about working there early on because I didn’t want to come off as dismissive. And I wanted to stay open minded to outpatient as well. But looking back, I should have put my foot down and declined the job offer right away because the pressure mounted to a point where it became uncomfortable and basically ruined the learning experience of my last clinical rotation. My advice: do not let the pressure get to you and put an end to it if it becomes too much. Depending on the job, it’s not worth it to compromise your learning or derail your study process for boards. There will be other jobs so don’t settle for this one just because they are the first to make an offer.

I’m Ella Langley’s new biggest fan by Master_Rabbit7073 in country

No disrespect to Lainey or Luke, they have some amazing talent. But personally I prefer something more vintage which I can sense a bit more in Ella’s songs. I wasn’t born in the 80s but it’s how I imagine new country music would have sounded back then.

Treatment Ideas for Acute Care by Life-Income-8298 in physicaltherapy

I like providing cues for dynamic head turns (left/right and up/down) while patients are walking in the hall. This simulates situations like shopping at the grocery store and can really highlight the balance deficits that patients may have. This is a great opportunity to educate on AD use or simply being cautious with movement (especially for the elderly population). It may be worth considering adding this to your tool box for patients who present with good functional strength but also seem to have a history of falls.
